E91 Unplugged Cable...

Was looking for some bits in the boot this morning and stumbled across this cable behind the first aid kit.

Any idea what it’s for? Does it need plugging back in?? Is this why my heated rear window isn’t working?? 🧐

That’s fibre optic connection to do with the audio/media in the car - looks like connection for the cd changer or combos which I guess you don’t have , so nothing to worry about

I do have combox, a vin check says I have provisions for cd changer so guess it’s tht and nothing to worry about
