Yes,there are a lot of different flavours/types etc on the market but recently I have been buying the following as they are very tasty and the yoghurt itself is lovely and thick lick

If you like thick yoghurt Lidl do a creamy Greek yoghurt, just add your own fresh fruit.
Tasty and healthy unlike pretty much every fruit yoghurt on the market which are full of sugar

Yes, I’d love to know where you can get that yoghurt (or similar) separately

Skyr, plain, with whatever fruit thrown in, a crushed up digestive buscuit for a bit of texture. Yum

I prefer a bit of flavour rather than natural/plain thick yogurt, depending where I'm shopping I buy (450g)...
Lidl Greek Style yogurt with honey or with coconut around £0.79p
Yeovalley Lemon curd yogurt around £1.00-£1.50
Tims Dairy Greek Style yogurt with honey or with vanilla around £1.89 (only seen this sold in Waitrose)

I like to get a 500g tub of greek yoghurt to eat over four days. It's my go to diet meal at the moment to have yoghurt with chopped fruit or berries, sultanas and nuts as a light dinner. I have my main meal at lunch time.

If you're getting a low fat yoghurt, the ones with 9 or 10g of protein per 100g are usually nice and thick and seem like better quality.
