There are indeed.. Mine is the earlier noisier version.. I am wondering if I replace my cam sprockets will quieten it down a bit.I have also been told my engine has a billet race crank ! ......perhaps worth over 4K !!!!

The cams are of course driven by the chain.....the chain runs off the step down gear from the crank which is not the same ratio or indeed the same set of teeth that drive the pumps.I am not aware of any different chain/cam sprockets that might be quieter.
