Help an idiot find a basic diary system/CRM

I currently use Zoho CRM (which I like) and the standard calendar on my Android phone. I want to start sending documents for e-signing. Ideally I'd like these three pieces within the one jigsaw. I'd obviously like to only input addresses and appointments etc once, rather than multiple times as I do currently.

I stumbled upon G-Suite today, which has a load of things which look suitable, but I don't use Gmail (have accounts but don't use it as my email client for the business). What's the easiest (and cheapest!) answer for a basic CRM with a calendar and ideally document signing thrown in?

This is for single digit appointments per week, not a big call centre.

ETA I currently have a web form which converts leads into emails. I'd like that to auto populate Zoho (or equivalent) too. I'm currently using HighLevel for this but I don't like it.

TL;DR a solution to turn web enquiries into CRM entries and then into diary appointments, which also does e-signing for contracts/invoices

was just about to post an identical topic, so hope you don't mind me adding to / watching this one instead?

using chromebooks & android phones with gsuite and quickbooks. we're a small garage business, so essentially it's a diary and customer DB i need rather than full CRM, but otherwise looking for the OP's requirements of ease of use and dovetailing with existing software.

I found the calendar within Zoho so am using that now. I am experimenting with Signable for customer contracts. I'm sure there is a one stop solution that does it all but I can't find it and probably won't want to pay for it.
