BMW M4 regulator and hardtop issue

Hi guys
Few days ago I lowered the hardtop but when I reached my destination I realised the rear passenger window, drivers side hadn’t fully opened When I hit The button to lower it fully I was just hearing a grinding noise which could possibly be the regulator but now the roof won’t go back up.
Does anyone have any info that could help me solve this problem?
