How / where to sell OTC share options?

Apologies for what may be quite a basic question, but I am relatively new to the finance / investment world and have a couple of questions related to my scenario.

I own a convertible loan note (CLN) in a recently listed OTC company. This gives me the option on a specific date to:

1. Convert the loan note value to shares (buying at a set price), or
2. Have the loan value + defined interest returned to me on the same date.

Option 1 has a condition that these shares cannot then be publicly traded for 12 months from conversion. However, I have been advised that I am able to sell or trade the CLN option itself now, i.e. sell this option to buy discounted shares.

For context the current share price is 2.8 times the discounted buy price so I believe there may be some interest in it.

My question is how and where would I even start to do this - a broker, a trading platform or somewhere else?
