Currently have my broadband and TV with TalkTalk which doesn't have the option of Eurosport (which I'd like for the WEC series and bike races etc.).

Rumour has it that you can load the Eurosport App onto a Smart TV (we have a Loewe model) and then pay a small (sensible!!) subscription to Eurosport...

Can anyone help me with this please?

Is there an App Store within the Smart Tv section or anywhere to search?

Other options could be:
Cast from your phone if there is a Eurosport app you can cast with and your tv can receive casts
Plug a laptop in via HDMI if you're able to get a web player subscription.
Firestick - plug that in as I'm sure I've seen the app on there before.

Note I can't guarantee that those options above all work

There isn't a native app for the Firestick but you can add Eurosport to your Prime subscription - I think it's about £7/month on top of the regular Prime subscription.

I had a bd Samsung TV - Samsung and Eurosport fell out, and suddenly their built in app. for Eurosport Player wouldn't work, I was paying the Eurosport sibs.

So I got a firestick - I already had an Amazon prime account, and the Eurosport Player was a free addition. I still pay the Eurosport subs. It works fine.
