Phone drops off network

I've had my Samsung phone about 3 years, and just recently it's taken to dropping of the network (3) a couple of times a week. Try and make a call and it says it isn't registered. It comes back when I reboot it but potentially awkward if I'm on 24 hour call.

Changing the SIM card didn't help. Will it be the network or could it be the phone itself?

Mine is exactly the same - Samsung S20 and the Three network.

I've tried to complain but got fobbed off with it's a local mast problem. I did mention it's also happening 50 miles away in another county but got nowhere.

Wireless calling also refuses to work as the phone is getting signals from other providers.
