Zigbee Smart Energy Profile

I've recently switched energy supplier from BT to Green Energy network and the meters were changed.
The BG smart meter was working for few days after the switch but now it has stopped working.
In the settings it shows that it is paired with both meters but it's not reading anything.
My electricity meter is Landis+Gyr E470 and from Googling it supports Zigbee Smart Energy Profile. There also seems to be a WAN transmitter in the leccy box so perhaps some kind of mobile data thingy.
I currently have to manually provide readings which is not a big issue. However I would really like to monitor at least the electricity usage in my BG smart meter or over an app if possible.
Does anyone know anything about this?
