Private healthcare?

Aside from Bupa who are the only ones I've heard of, who are the other decent private healthcare services you would recomend?

I've found Vitality to be pretty good.

Aviva - health insurance company of the year 10 years in a row.

Go via a broker as well if you can, for the best deal for your individual needs.

A previous employer used Pru Vitality, great benefits for the members but they eventualy dropped it and switched to bupa as the cover got a lot worse.

I'm now working abroad and have global health care via work with Alianz, its not cheap but its very good and covers everything.

Aviva not taking new clients due to Covid at moment. Doesn’t give me the greatest confidence.

We (small company) have been very happy with AXA PPP - I had an issue a couple of years ago and was quite surprised they cheerfully let me see two consultants at the same time.

The premiums are really ramping up as we all get older - mine is eye-watering this year. I don't think the person who deals with it pushes the broker we use though.
