Cost effective speaker upgrade for M12 GTO 3R or M400 anyone?
When I owned my 3R, someone recommended changing the standard Sony speakers for Alpine SPS-170A 200W units. They were the perfect fit for Noble doors as only 5cm mounting depth but with full range sound and looked fantastic too . It completely transformed the sound from the standard head unit and could easily accommodate an upgraded head unit too.
Anyway, they were simply too good to leave in the car when I sold it, so have sat boxed in my garage for several years. Just in the middle of a garage clear out, so any Noble owner interested in a bargain upgrade can now find them on Ebay starting at just £15 ...

Finally, if anyone knows anything about my old car, Silver GTO 3R - CU04 BZS I think? - would love to hear about where it now is! Always difficult to keep tabs on old cars when everyone throws on cherished plates
