Anyone comment on the movements etc versus say Steinhart?

I personally wouldn't pay the prices for one of these....

You can make you own decision but here are my reasons why:

Cheap movement, albeit reliable.
Casing, bracelet and assembly all in China
Can get similar without the same branding on the Aliexpress/DH Gate etc for around £100

The company doesn't even bother to get a native English speaker to proof read the website. Loads of dead giveaways this is all a Chinese company trying to sell watches of current trend to naive buyers.

Thanks for that, I did think they were a little expensive for the movement, they do seem to get good reviews though.

They’re asking similar money to a Steinhart.

I would be more confident that a Steinhart was properly waterproof.

Bear in mind that the ETA movement in the Steinharts is elaboré grade, so arguably much better than the Miyota 8215 in the WMT.

That said, if the design of the WMT really ‘speaks’ to you, then go for it.

One other thing: Steinharts hold their value well and I’m not sure these Chinese WMTs will.
