Comfy, Reliable, Well equipped all rounder - £12k?

Hi All

Currently have a 3.0 Z4 that's gradually coming up with more and more issues.

I'm looking for a somewhat do-it-all car, while accepting that compromises will need to be made one way or another.

Essentially I'm after a car that'll be (fairly) new, comfy, well equipped, and reliable. Up to £12k sort of area.

I've no real preference on type of car, number of seats, number of doors etc, albeit I'd prefer something a little larger - Saloon, Coupe, Estate, SUV, 4x4 etc.

Im flitting from one car to the next at the moment! Have been looking at GT86, Hyundai Veloster, Kia ProCeed, Jeep Renegade, Kia Optima, BMW 1/3 Series etc. - So quite a range!

If anyone has any suggestions I'd be rather grateful.
