Getting RFO number from manufacturers

Does anybody have any experience getting RFO numbers from Audi, BMW or Mercedes-Benz? What are the exact requirements and what are the terms and conditions attached to it? I'm looking to buy 10 new cars from these manufacturers to start my fleet of vehicles, but having trouble getting the RFO number due to my company being newly registered.

I think it may be called differently from every manufacturer, but RFO number is the additional manufacturer support(factory discounts) given by the car makers on top of the dealership discounts offered.

Appreciate any advices.
