Camshaft Adjuster Replacement - Cost?

Can anyone give me a rough idea how much it would cost to replace both intake and outlet side adjusters?

Engine is Ford Focus 1.6 - 2011 125PS and is a bit clattery, not too bad but fancy having it done.

Any eventual issues in not having them done?
