Any got it or tried it. I'm at present on Plusnet, on a 30+ fibre connection, but after my contract expires,my new price is £31.95 vs £22.99 for a new customer. Thats for circa 38M bb+ a phone line. With a Vodafone PAYG I could get circa 60m BB + a phone line for circa £23 .

Had it as a business customer for 18 months, now coming up to 13 months as a residential customer (same property).

Some performance problems initially that were resolved very quickly by refusing to swallow their bullsh*t script and some evidence of packet loss presented to them.

The product has been faultless since. My business to resi swap however... a complete procedural cock up and a lot of stress. Ultimately ended up with me using a (free) mobile hotspot for a couple of weeks and not actually paying a bill of any sort for a year.

Summary... product is fine, customer service is painful. Although I'm sure the same can be levelled at most providers.

Vodafone customer service is singularly awful. Don't put yourself through it.

Customer service, which Plusnet prides itself on . After a lot of days I'm still trying to get through to Plusnet to ask why the hike in charges.

Can your Openreach line handle 60mbps?
I tried it & could only get 15, due to rubbish line
3 Openreach visits later (hopeless) I went back to Virgin fibre.
Not Vodafone’s fault, just a rubbish line whoever’s badge is on it!

This, had performance issues and problems with our router when we signed up. Went round the houses, never called back, always had to repeat myself every time I called, would not acknowledge issues. Thank goodness for the 30 day cooling off period. Will never darken their door again.

I’ve had it for 12 months and has no problems at all.

I moved recently and had some issues. After a very bad initial start with customer services I actually had one person take ownership and sorted all the issues really quickly and painlessly.

I moved to Voda and in this very forum was given warning that the service is dire. Eyes opened I went ahead.

Speed is good, faster than BT that it replaced. Especially on upload.

I like the app. You can block individual items (kids hate this) and offer a service to guests so don't need to give out password.

I had to contact them as I did t think speed was as high (63) as they said. I was getting 48-50.
They put a market in my account, gave me a 15pc discount whilst it was not up near claimed speeds.
This lasted 2 months and now it is showing faster (I can't see difference) and this discount is lifted.

Overall the service has been fine and I've not had to deal with the horror stories others have when contacting them.

I get £2/m discount as my mobile is with them, and they had a £75 Amazon voucher offer at the time. Works for me...

Definitely this. For over a week (phoning every working day) I've been trying to get a PAC Code to transfer a PAYG mobile. Their records say the account was discontinued last October, despite it being used daily and Vodafone sending marketing texts to it.

They never call back when they promise to do so and when I call the next day I get a different agent and have to start the lengthy story all over again as they cant find any previous notes.

The phone service is mediocre but their customer service is appalling!

I switched to Vodafone about a year ago, speed has been good at 61 and it has only gone down once, which affected everyone in the village for a day no matter what company they were with. Previously with Sky who charged more for slower speeds.

I was with EE on their upto 76 connection, getting steady 63. Switched to Vodafone because I was out of contract and Vodafone have just installed Gigafast in the area, but Gigafast isn't available at the moment.

So took their upto 63 package.... so far after 6 weeks have been getting max 30, they are trying to blame my devices etc even though the router shows max connection speed 30! Awful CS.

Absolutely crap. I had to get my contract terminated mid term it was that bad.

Moved to BT after which has been much better but given they are hiking my bill from £30 to £35 as my contract is ending yet new customers only pay £30, I am not very happy.

Especially as their email stated 'only £5 more than what you currently pay'.

Thinking of going to Zen. Anyone know what their router is like?

I have just done exactly the same. Looking to see if the reviews about Zen are right.

FTTP 200/200 for £28 per month, been faultless in the 5 months I've had it.

Been fine for us on FTTC. Speeds as predicted, no problem getting credentials to use my own modem/router.

I find the majority of people’s moans about ISPs come down to WiFi (so don’t rely on the minimum cost stuff they give you for free, particularly if you have a big solid house) with much of rest being last mile wiring that is down to Openreach regardless of which ISP you use.

I'm with Vodafone. No issues at all although I don't use any of their kit. It all comes via an Openreach moden into Unifi kit. They even give you a static IP for free if you ask.
