I now cringe or cry every time I hear someone say “pulled the trigger”. 10 years ago it was ok, I occasionally saw it from UK posters on watchuseek. But now everyone and their dog is saying it, like it is some watch review mantra. I can’t stand hearing it. :-)

Stock. Any bellend who describes something which is 'standard', as 'stock', is a bellend.

You may laugh. I bought a cheap fake from India once. The day after I first wore it a rash developed on my wrist. Never again!

Pretty much all the watch enthusiasts terminology that isn’t plain English annoys me. It’s just a way of trying to feel superior and in the know.

Other than the examples mentioned above, referring to everything as a “Piece” seems stupid.
