CD Keys problems?

Anyone else having problems with CD Keys?

I've just purchased a game from them but the code isn't working. Seems I'm not alone..

Worrying if true. I have used them in the past and always felt a little trepidation when paying for fear the code would not arrive or wouldn't work.

Their customer support contacted me today and advised me to enter the game code on the Xbox Companion App, so we downloaded that and the code worked. Strange that so many people had problems yesterday.

I gave up on them a while back after using for years .... Last 2 purchases I made they said they were checking my account no help from the support and I didnt get my key for 48hrs .... This after the email they sent said it would be working in 30mins ....

Edit to add this was 2 separate purchases weeks apart.

Wish I had seen this before I got War in the East, but I did discover £34 store credit I didnt know I had

Given up trying to use them. Last 2 orders just keep getting rejected by their review team.
