Uploading images

I’m trying to upload photos to a thread but when I preview and/or post, only the first photo of the ten or so appears. What am I doing wrong!

I find it only works if you upload one image then press return, then load the next image and so on. So if you are loading three images, I end up with three separate lines of text which translates to three images one after the other.
