F1 ticket refunds

I was due to go to the Austrian GP and had bought tickets via the official site - when it was closed to the public I selected for a refund (minus admin fees) but still haven’t received the money. I’ve emailed them to no avail. Is anyone else having issues? I appreciate on the global scheme of things it’s not massive, but would be nice to be resolved.
I can provide an update for you. Basically, they haven't been in any hurry to progress the refunds.
I was also awaiting a refund, (mine for the Hungarian Grand Prix), but I DID receive a response to my e-mail asking where it was:
"Thank you for your email and apologies for the delay in replying to you.
I can confirm that we have received your request for a refund.
We will start to process all customers' preferences from the end of September, once we have received the funds back from the promoter.
The refund process may take some time to execute, at the moment we are unable to provide a specific timeline as of when you will receive the cleared funds but we will keep you updated as soon as possible".
