Questions regarding new 6 persons law

Does anyone know if the £100 fines for groups of over 6 are per person; one fine for the whole group; just for the person(s) who arrived after 6 were already present; or for the person considered the organiser - e.g. property owner?
In other words, if a group of 7 are found, would every person be fined £100 (total £700)? Or is it a single fine of £100 allocated in some way for a total of £100?
Also are there any definitions of group or gathering? If I have 3 friends over and we sit together in the garden, and my wife does the same but they are up on the deck or in the house, at what point do we become two separate groups of 4 instead of 1 group of 8?
What about if we do the same thing but meet down at the beach and sit in two groups 2m / 5m / 10m / 20m / 100m apart. At what point is this considered 2 groups instead of 1?

In the Welsh Legislation it refers to ‘any person who commits an offence’.

If you have 2 groups of 4 at home it will be called a 'gathering' whereby you will be hung drawn and quartered for your crimes. However if you go to the pub (and meet up with lots of strangers, both staff and customers, and use communal toilets, doors, tables,etc) you can have 2 tables of 4 and it will be called 'helping the local economy'.

In the same vein and I have 0 intention of testing this but i was thinking about the rules and would like to understand what stops someone doing the following;
1. Create Ltd company or whatever
2. Make all family board members / employees >6
3. Have workplace meeting >6 in your wfh environment.... with suitable social distancing precautions.

Probably do'able but by the time you have factored in the possibility of Employer Liability Insurance, Business Rates, Changing Premises from Home to Small Business .....1. Create Ltd company or whatever

I read the intent as allowing you to have a small social gathering, but not a big party. The chances are you will know how to contact the small group of people you met and let them l know if you come down with covid. It is to limit the social spread of the virus.

Calm down. Did you read my post? I'm interested in sensible debate and information on what stops people doing this. Not hysterical personal accusations that i am "probably the reason for this" I found it interesting as i know of a family business who will now work together during the day and cannot meet up at one of their homes in an evening.
