Losing pressure out of one of the tyre but can’t find a puncture. Is there any history of these alloys cracking etc?

I haven't heard of fractures with rotors, but I had a similar issue a while back and eventually discovered that it was a screw that had embedded itself into the tyre. It could be a faulty valve?

You might have to pump it up above normal pressure and spray with soapy water to find it.

I had one that went down but stopped deflating at about 25 psi each time. It was a pinhole puncture that only showed at higher pressures,

Cheers. The tyre has been off and refitted as a puncture couldn’t be found. I’ll have to keep an eye on it over the week and check the pressure drop

Could it not just be a case of the seal between the tyre and the wheel rim deteriorating?

If it's been off and the garage have shown due diligence, they'd have cleaned the area prior to re-fitting so you should hopefully be good from here on in.
