COVID test for travel

I need to travel and the country concerns insists on a negative COVID test dated within 48 hours of the trip.
I was planning to turn up at a local NHS test centre, but I don’t have symptoms so that would be a bit frowned upon.
Can anyone recommend a private test that, importantly, can get the result to me within 24 hours?
