This thread shows the utter meaningless of politics. A selection of politicians so utterly useless that you would continue to vote for your 'side' no matter how they perform.
Nothing to do with a ‘side’, I’d still vote the same as I believe under Labour the situation could / would have been even worse.Absolutely so! Imagine if the opposition had won in December, we'd have been bankrupt just in time for COVID to kick us when we're down...
I quite like keir, though the fact Rebecca L-B had a fighting chance of taking leadership at one point shows how poisonous much of the labour party still is.

Well, sort of. Where I live the Tory majority is so huge that it doesn't matter what I do; they could put a cauliflower up as the candidate and it'd get in. Actually a cauliflower would be an upgrade on Suella Braverman, truly it would. To answer the question; right now I'd abstain.
The question is whether your constituency MP has done a good job and what is the alternative. Mine has and I would vote for him again as there is no credible alternative. If that is not repeated across the country, and he ends up in opposition, so be it.
Anyone tactically voting to replace or continue with the incumbent Govt need a word with themselves as this simply continues the tribal nonsense that had some excuse in times past, but there is no excuse, these days, not to find out how your MP votes on your behalf and what his/her political leanings are!
