My wife has a 2016 320d in black. Having slightly scuffed it i'm looking for an aerosol paint spray but know that not all blacks are equal, how would I find the exact paint colour ?

Many Thanks

Could try finding the brochure for the car? May have a list of all the colours that were available.

Not sure how many variants of black bmw offer.

Check the underside of the bonnet. That's where I've just found mine.

You can also use a vin decoder. E.g.

We have a winner, thanks all for your help.
