Choice of two monitors

Hello,
Been out of the tech side for a while ... now looking for a new monitor and have decided illyama and narrowed it down to the two below:

Is the gaming (TN) display visibly worse viewing than the (slightly cheaper) VA panel?
Going to be used 80% for office work and 20% gaming (ie occasionally for gaming but nothing super fast fps).
Buy the gaming anyway or not worth it?
Currently rocking an old school Apple Cinema display 20 inch from back in the day when coal was the future and looking for something with the same display output quality.
