Mitt, woolly, cloth, sponge??!!
Discussion
Hello all!
Recently joined to ask about car cleaning products as a birthday present for husband.
From your helpful suggestions I’m going to purchase dodo juice products as a mid range and if he takes more of a liking to it then I will purchase bilt hamber.
Anyway, please can you recommend what cleaning cloths/sponges/mitts I should get please as I have no clear and I’m confusing myself with all the choice?!
Thanks all!

I use:
1. standard hand mitt for washing

2. microfibres cloth for drying

3. small pads for applying polish

4. microfibre for buffing off the polish

Yep, much the same here, a sponge is not something that goes near my car these days
Microfibres, they can be washed and if you want to you can even get microfibre 'conditioner' for washing machines as you shouldn't use fabric softener with them.
Wash mits, tend to stick the standard ones rather than the lambs wool variety
Kiln drying towels
As with everything many brands are available, you will waste hours on the internet looking at products

Like you said, I’ve already wasted hours on the net looking at reviews of different towels and mitts!!
Thank you so much for the suggestions. It looks like I’m defo going to get one of those meguairs towels for drying.
Can I ask about microfiber towels, any better than others??
Thank you!

I've used these microfibres for years without issue, I also use the Kent noodle wash
mitts which are cheap enough on ebay.
You have to buy 2 at Costco online but amazon do have them for slightly more.
