HGV parked in residential road - No tax or MOT

Im not sure that a HGV will show as Taxed and MOT'd, the same as a taxi doesn't show as having an MOT, and Police vehicles don't show as having either.

Look up the details of your local traffic commissioners and complain to them.

We had a similar issue with a guy parking his hgv and trailer in a residential car park blocking access to other residents. A complaint to the TC stopped it pretty quickly.

What makes you think that ? A random reg taken off the internet of a scania shows up as taxed and moted in vehicle smart .

Presumably as it’s a skip lorry it’ll have the company name and contact all over it - call to the office and see what they say?

The lorry owner then fly tips the rubbish.
It has the look of a dodgy set up so fly tipping is a strong factor.
Is the lorry leaking fluids? If it is old, scruffy, poor tyres, not registered correctly then is if safe to park anyway?

Don't hold your breath though, someone started storing an untaxed and un-MOT'ed van in my parent's street, and it took them months to come round and clamp it.
