4.5 yr old first baby tooth come out

My 4.5 yr son front bottom baby tooth came out this evening, he not in pain. He cleans his teeth well just worried its pretty young for it to start, I wasn't expecting it all, is 4.5 yr old seem too young most say from 6, the tooth was very small.

It’s early, but nothing to worry about. My daughter lost her first at 5/10 months but told me at least four others in her class have already had tooth fairy visits!

As long as her cleaning is good and the dentist is happy there’s nothing to worry about.

We're all different and it is a little early but not miles off when it normally happens. My eldest starting losing teeth when 5.5 yrs old

Ironically at 37 years old I still have my baby canine - they last forever!

My youngest lost a lower front tooth on Monday at 5 & 11 months. A few of his mum’s friends did comment that he was young for it, but his dental hygiene is great and there is a new tooth pushing through 2mm already.

The one next to to it came out Thursday .. the tooth fairy is bracing herself!

Cheers for replies I was shocked didn't think it would start for few more years. The tooth that came out was his first tooth to come through as a baby so ties in with it being normal.

My last baby tooth came out when I was 38.

Nothing above to push it out. That tooth is located somewhere in the roof of my mouth up in the pallet; as shown by a couple of x-rays

Amazed it lasted 37 years or so...

I still have a baby tooth molar at 35. Nothing to push it out
