What are your projects for the winter months under Covid

Hey Everyone,
I was thinking this morning that with Covid back on the rise a lot of the things we do right now we cant do in the winter months (at least as well) so what projects does everyone have on the go? I am looking for a little inspiration because all the stuff I want to do requires social interaction so its off the cards really.
All I know is that being stuck indoors (relatively speaking) is driving me bonkers! I really wanted to start looking into a bit of power kiting but given everything that happened, that hasn't.

I have a pile of books, and a garage to sort. I've organised online library access for my eldest who's a voracious reader, we have loads of books already for the younger two and I have a beginner Airfix kit ready for one of the younger two who isn't so keen on reading.
And I need to rejig/decorate the office so will be getting the bits ordered ready for a rainy day.

Add updated headlight loom, TT/Lupo wipers and heater blower gasket if you want to see yourself through winter! House hunting at the moment so if we find somewhere I guess I'll have a fair few DIY oddjobs to do over the winter.

Replacing the Cylinder Head Gasket (and possibly having to get the head skimmed) on my 2000 model Triumph Speed Triple
Really frustratingly it had a radiator leak, dumped its coolant but this did not give me a high temp warning on the temp gauge. It just kept running until cutting out at some roadworks, then refused to restart, with a clear loss of compression, as agreed by the AA chap who picked me up.
I was hoping that this would be a simple case of removing the head, new gasket in, replace - with a skim of the head if warped.
However a bit of Googling and the the Haynes manual tell me it is an engine ith wet cylinder liners which can be dislodged at the base when the head is removed, then requiring resealing, so it could be a far more involved job.
The bike isn't wort ha huge amount, but only has 8k genuine miles. I bought it with a small inheritance from my grandfather, so it's more the emotional attachment for me. Were it some other old snotter I'd have probably broken it for spares and bought something else!

Things that I've specifically stocked up on in anticipation of a miserable covid filled winter:

- Likely give it a bit of an extended service (fluids all round, MOT advisory inspections, possibly rear suspension refresh) - thanks to finances due to covid and new baby, I will likely be keeping it longer than I thought. I was fully set on getting an E63 this year, but unexpected costs have gotten in the way of that.
- Finish the garage renovation - 90% done. Just deciding where shelving and a workbench goes.
- Build a woodworking workbench to my spec for said garage
- Fit two new gateposts for my side gate which have rotted away.
- FIX CREAKY FLOORBOARDS. Goddam if there's one thing that makes me hate my home, its all the creaky floorboards upstairs. Nail puller, Spax screws and oodles of PVA glue at the ready.
- Re-paint my downstairs entrance, hallway and upstairs landing. Repaint approx 20 odd door frames and all the adjoining skirting. Have bought a pro-grade Wagner airless sprayer for that.
Fiddle with and hopefully fix the wiring on my Riley so the spot lights, reversing light and electric fan work - provided it's warm enough to I can feel my fingers and also see what's what that is, it's in a garage with no heat or light.
Teach myself how to edit the dozens of hours of video from my action cam and update my website.
Read a lot, watch TV less.
Maybe learn to play harmonica or saxophone.
Teach my O/H backgammon.
Wake up when it's spring.
ETA: I'd being doing this 'under Covid' or not.

Rip out another three internal doors & replace with salvaged period braced doors and reline.
Gate posts x3 (seems to be a theme?)
Sort brake issues on the Defender
Finish sorting the S2 LR for sale
Weld up some new debris grates for the storm drain
Get a digger in to level off one end of the garden
Service the KTM
Probably a lot more than I haven't thought of...

Having just bought my first house I’ve a list longer than winter! I foolishly thought I’d get most of it done in 2 weeks leave that I took to move, so far I‘ve got the grand total of one job completed.
Finish’s unpacking
Put in the Philips hue system into every room (7) Including changing all the light fittings to Edison screws
Organise every room properly, only the bedroom is sorted
Paint the kitchen
Paint hallway and landing
Sort and organise the garage
Mount the bike racks
Make the decent work bench
If the above works, make a stronger version for the lathe
And if I have any time free after all that....
Paint all my Games workshop miniatures so I can have a game with a friend.
Oh and get riding my mtb again
