NIP Question

My daughter has received an NIP in the post.

Does the offer of fixed penalty or speed awareness course come with the NIP or does this usually only follow once the authorities have been advised of who was driving at the time?

Comes after the information asked for in the NIP has been given, like you said. I may be corrected here but I believe some counties don't offer a speed awareness course.

May depend on the offence. Mine (back in 2016 from my friends at Avon and Somerset) had a "Reply to Notice Form" and a "Fixed Penalty Application Form" to fill in if you were the driver and you wanted to accept the FP offer. I was doing 95mph in a 70 stretch of motorway so no chance of an SAC.

She was doing 86 which I think is the max speed for the awareness course.
