...but its Lexus approved so despite being wrapped, unwrapped had all sorts of mods including a non warranty exhaust...its still Lexus approved.

There are a few posts on the owners club forum that say an after market exhausts do not affect the warranty but is not covered by it.
I don’t think a car being wrapped will affect if it qualifies as an approved used car on not. The paint work is probably better off for it now if it’s was put on new or early on its life.
From a pragmatic point of view, I wouldn't expect dealerships to go through YouTube videos to find history on cars they sell, though getting stuck in the mud or being tracked shouldn’t make a difference.

I suppose one can never be sure of how the previous owner drove any used car, and not knowing I suppose allows one to convince oneself that it was pampered rather than ragged. And on that basis I personally would look elsewhere if after an RCF.
