Aftermarket body panels for Audi
Discussion
Hello all,
I have a 2004 Audi A3 with a rusty offside front wing. It is beyond repair.
I've tried scrapyards to find a second hand item in the same colour but no joy. So it comes down to paying through the nose for a genuine Audi wing (£207 plus VAT plus painting) or an aftermarket one.
I have seen a place on eBay advertise a new wing painted to whatever colour you want for £105, which on the face of it doesn't sound like a bad deal. However, I'm aware that pattern parts sometimes don't quite fit properly and obviously there will be some rubbish out there which won't last very long, something I'm keen to avoid as I do not intend ever to sell the car.
Does anyone know of a good quality aftermarket panel supplier for Audi? Or a decent scrapyard which specialises in the marque?
Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

£105 supplied and painted is ridiculously cheap.I don't see how it's possible to make any money at that price even with cheapest panel and the cheapest materials nevermind the labour involved and postage
