Tow bar 120i M Sport 2015

Can anyone guide me as to what tow bar is best for this model please?

I'd like to be able to carry a bicycle or two with a tow bar carrier I already own.

Spotted this model but cannot get through to the seller to confirm whether it will fit or not, not sure if my car has a 'large exhaust'..?

That looks like the one I had on my 2012 118d SE, I pretty sure yours will not have the large exhast box as it is a 2015 model.
I believe the large exhast box is on the late 2018 onwards built cars which all have petrol particular filters.
