Downloading & Installing Microsoft 365 over Office 2013

I need to download and install Microsoft 365 on a computer which already has Office 2013 installed on it. My operating system is Windows 10.

I have some questions:

1. Where's the best place to buy Microsoft 365 from? The two vendors I'm aware of are Microsoft and Amazon. I already have accounts with both

2. Should I uninstall Office 2013 before installing Microsoft 365?

3. Any tips from people who've already done this?
