Does anyone happen to know if it's possible to add extra classes to an already registered trademark here in the UK? My brand has just taken on a few new lines which are not really covered by the classes in our trademark and i want to get them covered.
You would need a new application for the new classes. It will go through opposition period, so you may want to check before filing that it’s not too similar to marks already being used in those classes.
