I'm after a very specific spec of watch which means I'll have to look at the pre-owned market.

Currently I only know of:

watches.co.uk
watchfinder.co.uk

Does anybody have any other recommendations for places I can buy a pre-owned watch?

Just to add to your list...

https://www.mjwatches.co.uk

I have had a couple of high value transactions with Marc (the owner) and he's 100% trustworthy and reliable.... a good guy and worth taking a look.

Dom of course, of this parish. smile

Make/brand of watch would be useful as some dealers specialise.

I want a Breitling Avenger II with a white dial, 43mm. There is one available via one of the dealers I know already, however, I called them this morning and it's already under offer.

Surely until cash changes hands it's available?

If they haven't put a deposit on it then it's on the market still surely?

I'd have thought so. They said if the person doesn't pay they will let me know if it becomes available again.

No, I forgot to add that it needs to be the chronograph version with the metal bracelet.

If it's your ideal spec I'd simply phone/visit them and say heres my card details.

They have it, you want it, the other person is musing over it.

It's a no brainer for me.

Blowers is another one to look at and Chrono24 although you should look at the location and rating for any seller on there.

Andrew Michaels in Newark!

I don’t think anyone has more Breitling experience

Thanks for highlighting this one. It's probably a bit too old and a bit too gold... hehe

Regarding the other recommendations from the posters above, I've checked each of those sites and there's nothing available from what I can see that fits the spec I'm after frown
