Need new headset bearings.....what do I need?

Hi,

my old commuter hack is pretty desperate for new headset bearings, if I life the front up and rotate the bars there is a noticeable coarseness/roughness to it. Trouble is, I'm not sure exactly what I need. I have found the specs of the bike here

If someone could please give me a link to the bearing(s?) that I need to buy that would be amazing!

any 45/45 - prob a TH 870

if you take the bearings out your current bike it will be written on the outside.

then get on ebay.

Assuming they make a headset to fit your bike, there's only one choice IMHO:

It's my commuter/winter hack, I'm not going to splash out on CK bearings thanks for the suggestion though!
