New email scam?

Just received this email, anyone know if this is some sort of scam waiting to happen?

I've got no knowledge of any transactions and the weblink doesn't work, so I'll give the phone number a call later on just to check... although I'll be ready for any kind of trap. The figure of £394 seems a bit suspect, I seem to remember that all c/c transactions over £400 are flagged as 'suspicious' so it seems that these people are trying to keep under the radar.
