paraphrased quote slightly But 'Hydrogen is mixed with oxygen to produce electricity'

Now me and chemistry are not well acquainted by surely the mix is used to power the engine which drives the generator that then produces the sparky stuff?????

Or have i been asleep and missed something

Could be using a fuel cell to generate electricity from hydrogen and oxygen rather than going via mechanical energy with an engine and generator
