Flapping/tapping sound when engine is warm

I get the sound shown in the video only when the engine is warm. The sound also only happens just before I reach the bite which makes me think clutch? The tempo also increases the higher gear I'm in.

Peugeot 108 but the clutch was only replaced 3k miles ago, bought it with a new clutch at 42k miles.
