Strange noise coming from HK - video inc.

Hi

My 4 series has started to make a very strange noise when unlocked. The sound happens as soon as the car has been unlocked and slowly fades once driving. Happens for around 1 minute and the stereo performs normally.

Has anyone had anything similar?

I had a 3 series with HK last year that did this. Are all of your speakers working properly?

I took mine into BMW in the end and they replaced a blown door speaker. It was fine again for a few months but the issue started to return, albeit to a much lesser extent. I sort of concluded to my self that it was the amp in the end.

Have a listen to all of your speakers when music is playing, are they all working? Tweeters included.
