Hi, I now live in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire having moved down from the frozen North!

Looking for some advice on who to use for recommissioning my 2005 Mk2 Tuscan which has been stored for 3 years. Ideally want someone reasonably local

Also, one rear shock is leaking, it is still on the originals so thinking about replacing them and would appreciate some recommendations for road use

Thanks in advance

I used to have a national map of TVR Service locations but cant find it now.
First place I can think of is TVR Power Coventry.
Not too local to you but obviously a good rep.

Sorry not much help.

Neil Garner would be a good option

At Kemble airfield near Malmesbury, so not too far

or try Amore Motors near the Severn Bridge - if they do that sort of work for customers (maybe only on their own cars for sale ?).

I am amazed at your restraint Gordon - been on PH for 15 years and this is your first post!

Well done to the eagle eyed TR4man, I prefer to leave the posting to the pros! winksmile - besides I thought I had to pay!!

Thanks for the recommendations, much appreciated and will make a couple of calls.

Someone also suggester Str8six? They are a bit further but were highly recommended?

Apologies for highjacking this thread, but I think it's probably the same info we are after. I am actually about to re-commission my MK1 Tuscan S after 8 and a half years sitting in the garage.

Haven't been following the forums since I stopped using the car in 2012, and started refreshing myself on what's going on.

If anyone has any pointers about things that may need attention or definitely should be done on a car that has been unused for so long, please feel free to post them! Also, it would useful if you know about approximate costs for things like all the fluids that need changing, or servicing the air-con, etc.

I am preparing myself for a large bill...! smile
