is it a non cs but with buckets and ceramics or is it a cs with the cage removed? i ask because there are plates in the rear compartment
and whats the deal with the splitter?

Those plates in the rear are non-standard - the clubsport cage doesn't need those as it bolts directly to the strut tops. The rear carpet panel would have cutouts for the cage if it were a CS. I suspect it is non-CS but with buckets.
The front splitter is the CUP one. It's slighty less expensive to replace, and I believe is made from a slightly more flexible compound (but may be wrong on this as I've never actually had a play with one).

My guess is a CS with the cage removed but I don’t know these cars that well. I think that’s a Cup splitter....it’s made of a heavy duty rubber so lasts a lot longer Than the standard one if you are using the car on track and hitting kerbs. A 997.2 GT3 RS I looked at a couple of years ago had one fitted.

Having looked again, those plates could be blanking plates to cover the holes in the carpet panel left behind by the removal of a cage - they wouldn't be needed as mounting plates, so must be cosmetic. The lack of extended leather would also be be more consummate with a CS spec' (but not a guarantee). Only real way of knowing is to pick up the phone...

There was a Sapphire blue GT3 CS went into the JZM showroom, identical price and mileage to my own car, in place of mine when I bought it. I wonder....
I'd say CS based on the door cards. CS have different door cards and this car has correct ones for a CS, so I'm thinking cage has been removed.
If anyone is interested I'd ask where the cages is as if you can find 1 the last one I saw for sale was £3.5k. FVD do a nice copy for £1.5k but not the real thing.

It's a Sytner "Select" sale, so that would prick up my ears a bit. I can't remember the exact difference between Select and normal Sytner, but I think it's because the car wouldn't qualify as an approved used car for some reason. I'm not saying there is anything wrong per se, but I'd be checking things like if it's in a CAT category, number of owners, incomplete history, stuff like that. The car's factory options list will tell you if it's a real Clubsport or not, I think the code was 003 from memory

The extra padding on the lower door panels is because of the Carrera GT buckets, which have no side air bags. So the seats are most likely OEM.
