Pod Point contact details/complaints

Hi,

Does anyone have any other contact details for PodPoint?

I've attempted to contact PodPoint on Phone over 30 times (just rings out) on 020 7247 4114 and via email - [e-mail] and [e-mail] numerous times all with no replies, they were prompt on replies prior to install but now I'm awaiting Electrical Certificate for my install absolutely nothing from them.
I’ve also taken to twitter and a private message again no response.

Does anyone have any other contact details or ideas? I’ve read on other forums similar issues with there after service or lack there of!

I'm afraid I can't help you, but I can join you in saying that Pod Point are absolutely fking awful.

Can't provide any help, all I'll say is I messaged them 3 weeks ago and never got a reply.

Tried calling and then always got cut off.

Utterly useless.
