Anyone here work with Unity - London Road model needed

Hi All.

I've just picked up a new role and am looking to get up to speed as quickly as possible. I have been asked to get up to speed with Unity (games development engine) and create junctions, roads etc. Ultimately i would love to get good at this and create photo realistic simulations for my test engineers to experiment on.

Can anyone help to get me up to speed or know of any good tutorials, please?

Thanks thetoxicnerve - yes its the game engine. I was hoping to see if i could shadow someone who uses this tool as this is a far better way to learn for me.
