Photoshop Challenge

OK chaps - a collague has just come back from diving in Egpyt, captures this and wanted to know if it could be 'enhanced' in any way.

I have had a quick go with idividual RGB levels in CS2, but it looks pants - anyone else able to do anything with it?

There's not a lot to go on, is there....

Have you got a non-jpeg-ed version, it's already suffered from being compressed, anything I do just makes it worse

that's quite a bit clearer, I think you'll be lucky to get much more out of it. But it's always possible (I mean look at the amazing things they do with cr@ppy images on CSI!!)
