997 Turbo - looking to fit a new exhaust

Just looking at a new system for my 2009 Gen 1.5 manual turbo.
Wondered if anyone here fitted the DesignTek exhaust - I’m looking at the whole system.
If not, interested in feedback on other systems chosen.

I changed mine on a 996T and ended up with a Milltek after one of the cheaper ones turned out to sound awful. It didn’t have a link pipe between the boxes which I think caused the horrible sound. So avoid those.

I did have a DT switchable exhaust on a 996 C2 and that was well made and sounded good. Whether a Turbo one would be ok might be a different matter.

Miltek don't make 996 turbo exhausts anymore... not sure about 997turbo but wouldn't be surprised if its the same.

Shame as its a cracking exhaust.... 100cell or 200cell (have had both)

How does the design tek sound? Any issues with droning at any rpm?
