Had to post this one, you can sweep it up with a dustpan and brush!

How much? 
If it really had been a 3 litre V6 it might have been worth it for the manual gearbox, engine, glass and trim, but the V4 is a hateful thing and being the bottom of the range the trim will be pretty basic.
Back in the 80s a mate of mine bought an M plate V4 Consul for way less than that but in much better condition to go banger racing at Arena Essex, and I helped him build it. So I got to drive it in a couple of races.
It was probably about the slowest car on the grid lined up with Pinto and V6 Fords, Triumph 2000s/2500s, Rover P5s and XJ6s! Although at least it handled pretty well once we'd lowered it a bit by heating up the springs!
Still it was fortunate that the V4 was about 2 feet back from the front bumper which meant it survived longer than we expected.

The colour is Onyx green, which was a really nice colour. I seem to recall that it was only used for the 1973 Ford model year.
My Mums L registered 1973 Cortina MK111 2000 GXL ( MMF 621L a Ford Management plan car ) that she owned from 1976 - 1985, was Onyx green, with a beige cloth interior. It faded and peeled Very badly however, within about 4 years old and she had it re painted ( via the Trader friend we bought it from - not very well ) but by another 3 years it had faded again. Sadly it was probably scrapped in about 1986, loved that car....
I liked that colour so much, that in 1976, I had my blue Halfords racer, re painted via rattle cans in Onyx.
It’s a Very scarce colour and I would give my back teeth to have a Cortina 2000GXL or a 3 Litre GXL in Onyx.......

So it's not being sold as the: "Hopeful restoration" that you're implying it is, but as a parts car.
If all the glass is usable, along with the tail lights, looking at the prices on ebay, that'll set you back @ £400.
Door cards - @ £130 for all 4
So that's @ £530 (then add on shipping, as most of the ebay parts seem to be in Germany)
Add if there are mechanical parts that can be refurbished, and trim parts/fixings that might be hard to find, and suddenly, at @ £650 (current bid), the car isn't quite the joke that you're are making it out to be!

Quite right, am sure that the value of the salvable parts, either to a restorer or to be sold on, will exceed the final bid of £670, plus the recovery cost. Think that I posted this on the wrong thread at past midnight last night, in a dim-witted state: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Fiat-2300-sports-coupe-... It appears to have been off the road since 1977, potentially a fantastic and very rare car, but is it little more than a pile of scrap - even the engine internals appear rusty! So rare that wouldn’t have thought the reusable parts would be easy to sell....
