Tickford Street Buildings
Discussion
I appreciate this might be an odd place to post the question, but I don't suppose anybody on here knows who purchased the three former AML buildings on Tickford Street earlier this year do they ?
The buildings in question are the Victorian 3 Storey Coach Works, the 2 Storey Coach Work and Sunnyside.
I can see that planning is progressing to convert the 3 Storey into office space and to lightly refurb the other two, however I'm keen to try and track down the owner. I've tried to find out on the land registry etc, but I'm finding it difficult as I'm not actually sure of the address, as it's just known as "Former Aston Martin Lagonda". I've also tried to approach the architect who submitted the plans but am not getting an response.
Anyway, apologies for the random question, but I thought it worth asking as I'm sure there any many on here with fingers in all sorts of pies.

Not too much knowledge of the subject, but perhaps this might, or might not be of help.
The planning application, which I am sure you will already have looked at online, will probably contain numerous documents.
One should be the Locaton Plan. Applicants often use special Ordnance Survey maps for their Location Plan, and that will probably show the address of the property. Handy documents when homes have house names rather than numbers, or where numbering is not done in the conventional way.
The 'boss man' at Works appeared in a recent video with Mr JWW, about the Goldfinger recreation cars. He spoke about the building you are referring to. He might know what is going on through the local grapevine.

Yep, I looked at that, and whilst it shows a building company (Sol Services), I don't think they actually own the buildings, they're just the contractor.
I could be wrong and have tried to contact them to find out anyway.
I know they're planning on turning them into offices (based on the submitted plans), however I'd be keen to talk to the owners about some light industrial ideas.

Land Registry?
I did try, but it's difficult to actually get the addresses of the buildings in question, so I've struggled to get anywhere with that.Jon - I'll ask the guys at Works and see if they know anything, although to be fair I think it was well out of their hands as soon as the whole area was sold to Redrow.
Going by the Historic England map of listed buildings in Tickford Street, the old Salmons building (3 floor one) is number 55-57 approx meaning Sunnyside is 59-63 approx, although I can find no evidence street numbers were used in the address. National archives for Salmons also refers to Coach Builders Yard, Tickford Street

According to the sale prospectus, the postcode is MK16 9AW. I put this into the Land Registry website and it lists a number of properties with street numbers ranging from 41 Tickford Street through to 101 Tickford Street.
So, to Google Street View, which shows that the small, derelict white house with the tin roof and some sort of vehicle repair yard behind it to the left (west) of the old AML site is No. 51 (by zooming in on the number on the black front door). Wandering past the new development and across the new access road in Street View and you come to the white-painted Wattpott Cottage, that doesn't have a number on it. But moving one house further on and the next-door beige pebble-dashed end-of-terrace is No 71, and next door again to that is No. 73 (confirming they used the old English numbering system of odd on one side of the street and even on the other on Tickford Street). So Wallpott Cottage must be No. 69. This shows the AML site was contained within Nos. 53 to 67 Tickford Street. Sadly, there are no Land Registry entries for any of this block of numbers.
So back to the Land Registry website and use their "Ariel map" facility on the "Property Search" page, and input the MK16 9AW postcode. Zooming in on the OS map outline of the old works and the image greys out but I get the following

which shows the highlighted "land to the north of...." which has details available. I was also curious about the three addresses in Salmons Yard, so I punched "69, Salmons Yard, Newport Pagnell, MK16 9FQ" into Google Maps and that appears to be the new access road through the site

Details of these three properties are also available. Over to you, Big Ry if you want to take any of this further by buying the details.
I really must get out more

Ah yes I remember the local uproar about protecting a high street they already didn't use from decline that happened anyway and now if you live that side of MK you still don't have a decent supermarket
Were getting Lidl other than that its Asda in Oakridge or Tesco at KIngston.
High street is dead.

I bought the title deed, but it only refers to the purchase by Redrow in 2017, looks like the records for the sale in March this year aren't yet available.
I may be missing something and I wasn't aware that Redrow had sold the plot on - surely the only onward sales would be the individual plots when the houses are sold to the new owners? Unless they are planning to sell them as Leasehold, (a practice which has been much in the news recently). It'd also be interesting to find who then owns any left-over landscaping once all the houses and gardens have been sold; I'm guessing the developer will either sell this on or they'll have a management company - or it'll all get passed to the council when they adopt the roads. I'd have thought any onward sale of the complete site in March would already have completed and the details have been registered with the LRAJB88 said:

But agree, NP High St is dead. It's a shame, but I think most High Streets are.

Whats the plans for all the buildings then? offices? does he own the black and white building as well?
He bought all three buildings, the three storey Victorian Coach Works, the two storey Coach Works and the White house (Sunnyside). As the buildings have conservation orders on them, there won't be anything too drastic done, but they are going to be refurbed and then let as offices or whatever else comes along. The owner is keen to ensure that a good mix of businesses go into them that are fitting to the old purpose and also the area. Basically he said he doesn't just want to fill them with faceless corporate companies.
I'm talking to him regarding an idea I have for some of the space, but very early days at the moment.
The buildings should be ready late spring early summer all being well.
